Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors advised IAN Group on its investment in Mojro Technologies (“Mojro”). The investment was undertaken by IAN Alpha fund and its affiliate as part of the Mojro’s Series A funding round.

Mojro operates a logistics software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that leverages heuristic algorithms, artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide logistics planning and operational optimisation for mid to large enterprises across sectors such as consumer-packaged goods, retail, courier, express and parcel, dairy and e-commerce.
