Chandhiok & Mahajan advised Oriental Structural Engineers on the acquisition of ACCIL Corporation through the corporate insolvency resolution process. The resolution plan, involving admitted claims of approximately INR 853 crore, was approved by the NCLT on 21 July 2026.

Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors (“C&M”) acted as legal counsel to Oriental Structural Engineers Private Limited (“Oriental”) in connection with the acquisition of ACCIL Corporation Private Limited (“ACCIL”), which was undergoing corporate insolvency resolution process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The transaction involved the resolution of admitted claims of approximately INR 853 crore. The resolution plan submitted by Oriental was approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal on 21 July 2026.
