Chandhiok & Mahajan advised Refex Life Sciences Private Limited on the legal due diligence of Modepro India Private Limited in connection with its proposed 100% acquisition. C&M also advised on corrective actions arising from routine legal and corporate housekeeping issues.

Chandhiok & Mahajan (“C&M”) advised Refex Life Sciences Private Limited (“Refex Life Sciences”) on the legal due diligence of Modepro India Private Limited (“Modepro”) in connection with 100% acquisition of Modepro. Refex Life Sciences is the pharmaceutical arm of the Refex Group. C&M’s role included sharing the observations pursuant to the legal diligence, advising Refex Life Sciences on the corrective actions to be undertaken by Modepro on routine housekeeping and legal issues based on the legal diligence exercise.
