Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors (“C&M”) acted as legal counsel to Vardhaman Trusteeship Private Limited in a Section 7 application filed before National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench New Delhi.

Pursuant to the filing of this application, issuance of notice, and completion of pleadings, a settlement was arrived at between the parties, culminating in the payment of the full debt along with interest and the withdrawal of the said application. Upon noting this fact, the Hon’ble NCLT allowed the applicant to withdraw the Section 7 Application, while appreciating the efforts made by the counsel for the parties in enabling them to arrive at an amicable settlement.
