Aakash is a specialist attorney in competition law. He completed his LLM in competition law from University College London with a Distinction in 2020 and has 8+ years of international working experience at law firms and as an in-house counsel.
Aakash regularly advises clients in high-stakes competition matters, ranging across behavioural as well as merger control matters. He appears regularly before various forums, including the CCI, NCLAT, Supreme Court of India.

- Representing Google before the competition regulators and appellate tribunal in India in relation to investigations initiated for alleged abuse of dominant position.
- Secured unconditional approval for the merger between InsuranceDekho and RenewBuy.
- Advised Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL) on the anti-trust aspects in relation to its definitive agreement with private equity funds managed by Blackstone to acquire a minority stake in EPL Limited (EPL).
