Adit Bhutani is an Associate in the Digital Regulations, Emerging Technology, Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice at Chandhiok & Mahajan. He advises domestic and international clients, including
technology companies, start-ups, fintech businesses and digital platforms, on a broad range of data protection, privacy and technology law matters.

His practice focuses on advising clients on compliance with the DPDP Act, the IT Act, GDPR and other global privacy frameworks. He regularly assists clients with privacy governance, data lifecycle management, cross-border data transfers, vendor and outsourcing
arrangements, incident response preparedness, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Adit advises on the privacy implications of emerging technologies and digital business models, including artificial intelligence, online platforms and datadriven products. He also supports clients in reviewing and drafting privacy and technology-related documentation, including privacy policies, notices, consent frameworks, data processing and data sharing agreements, and technology and commercial contracts.
