Rishika Sharma is an Associate in the Digital Regulations, Emerging Technology, Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice at Chandhiok & Mahajan. She advises a range of domestic and crossborder clients spanning technology enterprises, emerging businesses, fintech ventures and digital platforms on matters relating to data protection, privacy regulation and technology law.

Rishika's work spans advising clients on their compliance obligations under the DPDP Act and the IT Act. She further advices clients on privacy considerations emerging from technologies and digital business models, including artificial intelligence, online platforms and data-driven products and services. Rishika also assists clients in the review and preparation of privacy and technology-related documents, such as privacy notices and policies, consent, data processing agreements. She closely follows developments in privacy, cybersecurity and technology regulation, and works with clients to develop practical, risk-based compliance strategies aligned with evolving regulatory requirements and business objectives.
