Shreya Gupta
Shreya is a Partner with Digital Regulations, Emerging Technology, Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice. Shreya has had over 10 years of experience in assisting organisations to ensure compliance with data privacy laws globally. Prior to joining C&M, she was the Global data protection manager with an MNC in London and worked as a privacy consultant with another privacy focused firm in London and was tasked with ensuring compliance with data protection laws across various jurisdictions. Shreya’s understanding of the nitty-gritties of the law, compliance grey areas and rich experience will help devise a module which will strike a balance between the statutory needs and commercially viable solutions. She has done her LLM in Technology and Media laws from QMUL, London. She is also an active member of the
International Bar Association (IBA) and International Association
of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
